Silvia Panerai, Customer Experience & Operations Manager

Silvia is responsible for Blueface’s operations and customer experience. Silvia works with the senior management team and team leads across all of Blueface on a day to day basis to ensure Blueface’s business communications services are meeting our customers’ needs.

Born in Canada, Silvia grew up in Italy before moving to Switzerland for 6 years where she worked in the fine Art business. Now based out of Blueface’s Dublin headquarters, customer satisfaction is her passion and expertise.

Silvia holds both a Masters in Arts Management and Bachelors Degree in Media and Communications.
