Friday, July 7 was an eventful day for everyone at Blueface. We had Ersnt & Young stop by with a camera crew, an insight-filled talk from salesperson-extraordinaire Mano Ryan and a beautiful summer company update in Dun Laoghaire.
The day began with a film crew shadowing Alan Foy — CEO of Blueface — for his Ernst and Young: Entrepreneur of the Year finalist video, airing this September on TV3.
The crew traveled with Alan to Mount Temple — his former school — while he held an Entrepreneur workshop for fourth, fifth and sixth year students.
Darren Ryan — CEO of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland — also spoke with the entrepreneurs of the future about plans for his social and environmentally focused fund.
Mano Ryan | Changing Worlds

Meanwhile, it was an honour to host Super-Sales Speaker, Vincent “Mano” Ryan back at our IFSC HQ. The Blueface team were regaled by his strategies for successful selling and global expansion.
Vincent who oversaw the expansion and sale of Changing Worlds to AmDocs, shared his insights on converging sales and marketing, managing culture and expediting growth.
Thanks for taking the time to visit, Mano — the office was a buzz with motivation and fresh perspective.
Company Update | Regatta Revelry

The Blueface were treated to Pizza Mountain for lunch before departing for Dun Laoghaire’s Royal Irish Yacht Club for the company update and DLR Volvo Regatta revelry.
As it happened our Enterprise Account Manager, Kevin McGrath was competing in the Regatta that day, so if he asks… we were there to support him!
After settling in, each department showcased their recent developments (there was a lot!) and talked about plans for the future. With so many new faces joining the Blueface team, a beautiful evening and a blazing BBQ, it was the perfect time for everyone to get acquainted.
The night finished with a beautiful seaside sunset over the pier, drinks, dancing and a murmur of excitement for what lies ahead.
