New Hires:
Blueface, A Comcast Business Company continued to grow our team in 2020. We had new hires in Sales, Technology, Operations and Marketing. In total we had 85 new hires.
Nationalities:
As a global business, the Blueface team are spread across Ireland, Italy, the UK, France, Germany, Spain. We have a diverse team of 16 nationalities working across these different locations.
Comcast:
The year began on a high, in January 2020, Comcast announced it had completed the acquisition of Blueface. The acquisition adds Blueface’s UC platform to Comcast Business’s portfolio. As part of this acquisition, Comcast Business are investing heavily in the creation of jobs across software development, engineering, program management, and sales.
Charity Work:
The Blueface team were delighted to take part in GOAL Jersey Day 2020 annual Jersey Day. The goal of the event was to raise much-needed funds and support for some of the most vulnerable communities around the world who are facing extreme poverty. This fundraiser was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about our new and ‘old’ team members, sharing cultural stories, jersey choices and lots of laughs too. The team raised €3,090 raised for GOAL Jersey Day.
New Whitelabel:
Westcoast Cloud Voice Launch, Powered by Blueface launched in 2020. Blueface have partnered with Westcoast Cloud to launch a cloud unified communications service for UK channel partners.
Westcoast Cloud is committed to offering the most innovative cloud solutions to Westcoast Cloud partners.
