Enterprise Organisations (300+ MS Teams Users)
Due to their scale, enterprise businesses typically have an internal team or third party IT systems manager to help support with integrations of this kind. In addition to your existing Microsoft or Office 365 subscription, you will need to purchase a Phone System add-on.

The easiest way for enterprise organisations to add calls to MS Teams is with the Microsoft 365 E5 License that includes the Phone System Add-on. Phone System adds PBX functionality but you will need Blueface (or a Microsoft calling plan) to connect to PSTN.
Microsoft 365 E1 and E3 licenses need the Phone System Add-on for the integration to be completed. Frontline workers with the Microsoft 365 F1 license also require the Phone System Add-on for integration with Blueface Unified Communications.
Office 365 customers, who are most often small businesses (SMBs), will require a different add-on to get started with Microsoft Teams and Blueface integration.
Small Business (SMB) Microsoft Teams Integration
As mentioned above, voice calls on Office 365 require a slightly different add-on to get you set up with MS Teams integration. Microsoft 365, for the unaware, is a suite of broader Microsoft services while Office 365 is a collection of productivity apps such as PowerPoint and Outlook.
Office 365 customers will need to have the Business Phone System with No Calling Plan Add-On to start making calls from Microsoft Teams. Business phone system with no calling plan works with Office 365 Basic, Office 365 Standard and Office 365 Premium.
