One-Click Video Conferencing 
If you’re a Blueface Customer, log into the Blueface UC Portal. Click on the Camera icon in the top-right to begin. Don’t panic – you will get to check yourself out in the waiting room camera before going live. When you’re in, you can invite your guests and manage your virtual business meeting options.
Seamless Virtual Meeting Management
Just like any other meeting, preparation is key! With Blueface, you can ensure that everyone has arrived into the conference by clicking the People icon in the top right corner. There is always a late arrival – so you can easily resend an email by clicking the letter next to their name.
More importantly, you can control your attendees audio by disabling the camera and microphone from this window. No one needs to hear the operations manager munching on their cereal.
With display, there are a few layout options available, and why not try out our Screenshot feature by using the Camera Shutter icon on the video conferencing control bar.
Boost Collaboration
Whoever said virtual meets couldn’t be engaging has clearly never used Blueface Screen Share and Instant Messaging. Offer deeper project insights by sharing your entire screen, using the Screen icon in your browser tab. Additionally, use Instant Messaging to share links, host Q&A sessions and much more by clicking the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of your conference window.
It’s Time to Say Goodbye
With endless time limits for Blueface Business Video Conferences, you could literally go on forever. But don’t! To end a meeting, simply click the red phone button in the bottom right corner. You can re-enter by clicking rejoin conference, otherwise, head to Home Page to terminate.
