The Blueface cloud phone system gives portal access to every member of your organisation. Set multiple permissions levels so that you can give the relevant access to different employees. Pick from regular user, customer administrator or federation administrator when setting up a user. You can always update a user’s level of access at any time.
Regular users are able to log in to their own account and access their personal conference rooms and voicemail. The customer administrator has the ability to fully configure your Blueface phone system while federated users have access to multiple deployments across one or multiple organisations.
