Are VoIP numbers portable?


Yes, as long as you own the numbers, you can port VoIP numbers from your current telcom provider.

The only exception is when you are reliant on your telephone supplier for your broadband connection or for your alarm system.

How does the process look like when you are a Blueface customer?

To port your number to Blueface you must be our customer first.
Once you have an account set up with us, we will then ask you to complete this port request form.

We will also as you to send in a copy of a recent invoice, to show proof of ownership of the number.
