Can I keep my current phone number?

Cable and wireless broadband customers have the opportunity to keep their current phone number and port it to Blueface.

This is because their broadband connection is independent of their phone line.

To port your number, you must simply fill out the ‘Port Request Form’ on the ‘Account Management’ page of the old customer portal.

You will also need to send us a copy of a recent invoice, to show proof of ownership of the number.
