I have no coverage/reception

1. Ensure the SIM card is correctly fitted in the phone.

2. Restart the phone.

3. If issues are relating to data, ensure the APN is set correctly.

4. Request the customer to manually select Blueface 3G.

5. Try the SIM card in another handset.
