How to login
To log into your UC Portal account please open a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended) and go to the following link: https://uc-portal.blueface.com/login. This will open the UC Portal Login Page, where you will enter your Username and Password before clicking the Log In button.
Once the account build was completed, you will have received your Welcome Email providing a link to set your initial password. Once you set your password, you will be directed to the Login page.
First Time Login
Once a User is added to the UC Portal account, a Welcome Email will be sent providing them with their Username and instructions on how to create their password.
By clicking on the ‘Set Password’ button, this will open a new tab within the web browser where they can create their password. Here they will set their password and retype it before selecting ‘Save Password’.
When setting the password there are requirements that must be met, in order to be able to save it. These are:
● Minimum of 1 Uppercase Letter
● Minimum of 1 Lowercase Letter
● Minimum of 1 Numeric Character
● Minimum of 1 Special Character
Once the Password has been created, the webpage will redirect to the main login page, where they will enter their Username and Password, before clicking Login.
Once logged in to the UC Portal, the Portal Dashboard will be displayed. Passwords can be updated by clicking into the user profile avatar in the top right-hand corner followed by Settings and Update Password.
Blueface will set up your access to the Portal and will add all of the required Devices, Numbers, Users, and Voice Mailboxes outlined on the configuration document.
Password Reset
In the event that you misplace or forget your password, please select the Forgot Password Option as shown in the image below.
This will generate a pop-up box where you must enter the Username or Email Address associated with your UC Portal account and click ‘Send’.
An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with your User Profile. By clicking the link, it will open a new webpage where you can create a new password. Once the new password has been added, click ‘Save Password’ and the page will redirect you to the main Login page.
