Number porting is a highly regulated process so authorisation must be granted using the form below.

The Number Porting Form authorises Blueface to transfer your existing range of numbers from your current provider to Blueface.

Important Number Porting Notes

– Ensure that no added services are linked to the numbers you wish to port.
– Timeframes vary based on the country of origin of the number.
– You are required to provide proof of ownership of the number/s you intend to port.
– Only numbers submitted in this form will be ported.
– This form must be signed by the Blueface Account Holder.
– Admin charges apply.
