Shipping & Returns

The following information applies to goods and services purchased from the Blueface online shop.

A standard delivery charge of €9.99 applies to all hardware purchases.

This charge is subject to change without notice. All devices are delivered securely by courier and a signature is required upon receipt. At the checkout please specify a day-time delivery address where someone can sign for your package.

How long will my hardware take to arrive?

Blueface dispatch hardware Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. We endeavour to ensure delivery to you within 3-4 working days, however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. This only applies to any orders within the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Blueface’s delivery partners will deliver to the delivery address submitted by you in the online shop. All deliveries must be signed for by an occupant at that address, Blueface is not liable to you for ensuring personal delivery to you. If there is no one at the supplied delivery address Blueface delivery partners will leave notice at the address with further directions on how to retrieve your package.

Blueface delivery partners make deliveries Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Please retain all original packaging and contents as you will need these if you need to return hardware for any reason. Blueface is not liable for any delays in delivery however you will be advised if this occurs. Deliveries may be delayed if your bank refuses to authorise your credit/debit card for payment of goods, if items are out of stock or for any other legitimate reason.

Blueface reserve the right to suspend or discontinue its Online Shop’s services at any time with or without notice to you and without liability to you. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information about hardware provided on the web site and to decide on the suitability of such devices for your needs. Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase Products in the Blueface Online Shop, you have seven days to cancel your purchase from the date you receive your order for any/no reason under the European Communities Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by Means of Distance Communication Regulations 2001.

When you cancel your purchase under the above circumstances we will give you full refund within 30 days of you exercising this right to cancel. You must however do this within the seven day period. You may contact accounts@blueface.com to cancel any call plan you may have purchased, please quote your Blueface Username in this correspondence.

If you have incurred any charges on a subscription call plan you will waver your right to cancel during this seven day period and your entitlement to a full refund. Pay As You Go customers who incur charges on their account must clear these before cancelling their purchase within the seven days. If you purchased hardware and wish to return it please follow the instructions below:

The hardware must be returned in ‘as new’ condition. This includes all contents and packaging, which must not be damaged in anyway. Return the Hardware to us in its original packaging with the completed Blueface returns form to: Blueface Returns, 10/11 Exchange Place, ISFC, Dublin 1.

Returning Defective Hardware

If you suspect that the hardware supplied to you through the Blueface Online Shop is faulty please contact the Support Team at support@blueface.com Blueface will not accept any returns of faulty equipment without a referral from the Blueface Support Team.

If you have been instructed to return hardware by Support please follow the guidelines below: The hardware must be returned in ‘as new’ condition. This includes all contents and packaging, which must not be damaged in anyway. Return the Hardware to us in its original packaging with the completed Blueface returns form to: Blueface Returns, 10/11 Exchange Place, IFSC, Dublin 1.

Important Notice

Any returned item will remain your responsibility until it is received by the Blueface Returns Department, we suggest you use a secure delivery method and please retain proof of postage. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement hardware if the hardware has been water damaged or damaged by you the customer.

Customer damaged is where a fault has been caused by use contradictory to guidelines contained in the manufacturer’s user booklet/CD ROM provided with your hardware. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information about hardware provided on the web site and to decide on the suitability of such devices for your needs.
