Blueface stage gate approach

Stage 1: Scoping

Rigorous research and planning of customer requirements

Development of insight regarding customer needs.

Discussions with key stakeholders regarding their currently deployed solution and the business drivers for change or improvement.

A full analysis of the existing setup is completed with recommendations for change.

Stage 2: Proposal

Formulation of design specification and solution framework

Account team prepares a full design proposal.

The design proposal is reviewed with the customer & refined, then agreed to move to development.

Stage 3: Development

Development

Build of customer design and solution.

Blueface team engages in the development activity for the customers solutions.

After rigorous early stage testing, then build is then presented to the customer IT representatives before implementation.

Stage 4: Implementation

Rollout after completion of testing and refining

Blueface solution is developed across customer sites either through a purely hosted deployment and/or coupled with an on site CPE deployment (partners utilized for same).

The deployed solution is subsequently tested continuously.

Stage 5: Completion

Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of deployed solution and Project Sign-Off

After Blueface testing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) occurs.

This involves the user ICT team engaging in testing phase.

Upon successful completion of UAT, Blueface moves to ongoing support and management of the customer with front office staff and support of the helpdesk.
